Ảnh hố Garmin và sơ đồ sân lấy từ web là nội dung có bản quyền của bên khác. Chúng được lưu riêng tư, chỉ người đã đăng nhập và được cấp quyền mới xem được, không công khai và không chia sẻ ra ngoài.
Dữ liệu không được bán và không được chia sẻ cho bên nào khác ngoài các nhà cung cấp hạ tầng nêu trên (Cloudflare, Google cho việc đăng nhập, nhà cung cấp AI khi bạn dùng AI), và chỉ trong phạm vi cần để dịch vụ chạy.

Status: My Caddies is under construction. Sign-in and data storage are not open yet. This policy describes how the service will handle data once it opens, and will be updated (with a date) whenever it changes.
My Caddies (Golf Yardage Book) is a personal golf journal run by an individual, not a company. Only Google accounts invited by the operator can sign in. There are no ads.
__Host-mc_sid), required for the service to work: it holds a random value, cannot be read by scripts (HttpOnly), is sent only over HTTPS, expires after 30 days and is removed when you sign out. The server stores a hash of this value with your email and the creation and expiry times in D1. The sign-in page remembers your chosen language in browser storage. The sign-in button is provided by Google, and Google may use its own cookies under its own policy. No advertising or tracking cookies.When you use an AI feature (the Caddies assistant, round analysis, fault analysis), the content needed for the answer is sent to an AI provider for processing: your question and the related golf data (for example course, hole, round, fault and note information). The provider may be Anthropic (Claude) or Cloudflare (Workers AI), depending on the task. Your email address and images are not sent. The provider processes this content under its own terms and privacy policy. If you do not use AI features, nothing is sent.
Garmin hole images and course layouts taken from the web are copyrighted by third parties. They are stored privately, visible only to signed-in users who have been granted access, never made public and never shared outside the service.
Your data is not sold and is not shared with anyone other than the infrastructure providers listed above (Cloudflare, Google for sign-in, the AI provider when you use AI), and only as far as needed to run the service.
You can ask for an export of your data, or for deletion of all your data and your account, by emailing the operator at nguyenvuminhtan@gmail.com. On deletion, your data is removed from D1 and R2 (including backups, if any), and you will be told when it is done.
When this policy changes, this page is updated with the date at the top.

Garmin のホール画像やウェブから取得したコースレイアウト図は第三者の著作物です。非公開で保存し、ログインして権限を与えられた人だけが閲覧でき、公開や外部共有はしません。
データを販売することはなく、上記のインフラ提供者（Cloudflare、ログイン用の Google、AI 利用時の AI 提供者）以外に、サービスの運営に必要な範囲を超えて提供することはありません。
運営者（nguyenvuminhtan@gmail.com）にメールで連絡すれば、データのエクスポート、またはすべてのデータとアカウントの削除を依頼できます。削除の際は D1 と R2 から（バックアップがあればそれも含めて）削除し、完了をお知らせします。
ポリシーを変更した場合、このページの冒頭の日付とともに更新します。
